Using this website

These terms describe permitted use of Creator Fusion’s website and publicly available materials. You may browse, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. Ownership of our software, research, branding, and other materials remains with Creator Fusion or the identified rights holder. Public availability does not grant a patent license or access to private systems.

Restricted access and monitoring

Restricted research pages are not an invitation to test credentials or access controls. Do not attempt to log in without specific written authorization. Access attempts may be recorded for security investigation, including the exact entries submitted, request data, source network address, and time. Do not submit credentials belonging to another service.

A warning, login form, or software response does not grant authorization. No automated system or agent may expand the permissions granted to its operator. Review our privacy and monitoring notice for how submitted information is handled.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and respect its operating boundaries. Do not disrupt availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, harvest personal information, or attempt unauthorized access. Security research requires a written scope agreed with Creator Fusion before testing. Report a suspected issue to contact@creatorfusion.net.

Evaluation software license

This section applies only when Creator Fusion expressly supplies software or technical materials for an evaluation and incorporates these terms into that evaluation. Subject to that written authorization, Creator Fusion grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those materials for the agreed purpose, environment, users, and period.

A beta request does not itself grant a license or access. Production use, redistribution, sublicensing, and use beyond the agreed evaluation require separate written permission. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. If a separately signed agreement conflicts with this page, that agreement governs the evaluation.

Beta conditions and operator responsibility

Evaluation software may change, contain errors, or behave unexpectedly. Agree the deployment boundary, backups, permitted actions, rollback procedure, and success criteria before running it. Operate only on systems and data you are authorized to use. Keep responsibility for consequential decisions and for compliance with applicable obligations.

Research and availability

Research introductions describe questions, approaches, and development directions. They are not warranties of performance, independent validation, or fitness for a specific deployment. Features, availability, and evaluation eligibility may change. Full manuscripts and restricted materials are shared only by agreement.

Warranty and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law and unless a written agreement states otherwise, this website and evaluation materials are provided as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending an evaluation

Creator Fusion may suspend or end an evaluation for misuse, breach of its agreed scope, or a security concern. At the end of the authorized period, stop using and return or remove evaluation materials as the written agreement requires. Preserve records only as permitted by that agreement or applicable law.

Changes and contact
