Creator Fusion · Terms of Service

What we owe you. What you owe us.

Last updated: 2026-04-29 · Plain-English version. Counsel-vetted full terms on request and ship before any meaningful contract value.

The deal

Creator Fusion LLC (“we”) sells subscription access to Pythia, a weekly supplier-risk OSINT dossier. You (“you”) pay monthly via Stripe. We deliver the dossier to your inbox every Monday by 9am ET, for the domain count your tier supports.

By subscribing, you confirm you have a legitimate operational interest in monitoring the domains on your watch list (e.g., your own assets, vendors you've contracted with, or partners you're evaluating). You agree not to submit domains for which you have no such interest.

Refunds

If your first dossier sucks— reply to it within 14 days, tell us why, and we'll refund the month in full. No fight.

After that — you can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't pro-rate mid-period cancellations.

Acceptable use

You may not use Pythia to monitor domains you have no operational interest in. You may not use the dossier output to plan unauthorized access against any system. The dossier is informational; what you do with it is your responsibility.

Hard blocklist: we refuse watch-list submissions targeting hyperscalers (Microsoft, Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta), our own infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, OpenAI), and our OSINT source vendors. The list is in our public source repo at lib/blocklist.ts. If you submit a blocked domain, we drop it and tell you why.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts engaged in stalking, harassment, doxing, or any other use we judge in our sole discretion to be abusive or illegal.

What's in the dossier (and what isn't)

The dossier is built from public OSINT: cert transparency, RDAP, passive DNS, banner data, aggregate breach metadata, and tech fingerprints. All of this is queryable by anyone; we curate, score, and deliver it on cadence.

The dossier never contains raw credentials, password hashes, decrypted PII, or any data we obtained through unauthorized access. If a source ever returns such data, we discard it before it reaches you.

Accuracy disclaimer: OSINT sources can be wrong, stale, or incomplete. We do our best to flag source confidence on every row, but we make no warranty that any individual fact is current or correct. Treat the dossier as a starting point for investigation, not a finished verdict.

Service level

We target Monday 9am ET delivery every week. If a delivery is more than 24 hours late, we'll credit you one week of service. If we miss two weeks in a billing period, you can cancel for a full month refund.

Email replies inside 24 hours during business days. Substantive resolution inside 5 business days for non-urgent matters; faster for anything you mark [Urgent] in the subject.

Liability

Service is provided “as is.” We're a small company shipping v1 of a security tool. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the dossier or any decision you make based on it. Total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits liability we cannot lawfully exclude (e.g., for fraud or willful misconduct).

Disputes

Most issues resolve in email. If we can't get there, governing law is the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in New Castle County, Delaware.

We don't require arbitration and we won't try to bind you to one in a future revision. Class actions are not waived.

Changes

We'll publish material changes here and email subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Non-material edits (typo fixes, link updates) just get the bump in the “last updated” date above.
